Your spreadsheet, as a system
Most businesses already have their data, in a spreadsheet nobody dares to touch. Give the file to Quinta SI. It reads your columns, works out what belongs together, and builds a system around the rows you already have. Nothing is retyped.
What you can hand over
Excel and CSV files, a Microsoft Access database, a ZIP with several files, photos and PDFs of paper forms.
What Quinta SI does with it
- Reads the columns and decides what each one is: a date, a price, a choice from a list, a link to another table.
- Splits one crowded sheet into the tables it really holds — clients here, their orders there — and connects them.
- Keeps every row. You see the count before and after.
- Builds the forms and the pages for working with the data from now on.
Then you keep talking
“The ‘Status’ column should be a list: new, in work, done.”
“Join the two client lists and drop the duplicates — show me first.”
SI is what comes after AI: you do not map columns in a wizard, you say what is wrong and it is fixed.
