Quinta SI

Your data stays yours

Quinta SI builds systems that hold real business data — orders, clients, invoices, photographs of work done. This page says plainly where that data lives, who can read it, and what we send to a model provider. SI is what comes after AI, and it is handed people's real records: that deserves a straight answer, not a badge.

Where your data lives

On dedicated servers in a data centre in Germany, inside the European Union. They are run by QuintaDB Sp. z o.o. (Kraków, Poland), the company behind Quinta SI. Not resold storage, not a per-customer cloud account.

Who can read it

You, and the people you let into your portals — nobody else by default. Our staff do not open customer data except when you ask us to look at something, and support can see what you show us.

Watching your own data

You can have Quinta SI keep track of changes to your records and notify you when they happen — who changed what, and when. Say which records matter and who should be told.

What goes to a model provider

To build and change your system, Quinta SI sends the sentence you write and the structure of your project — table and field names — to its model providers:

  • Google (Gemini models) — building and changing projects;
  • Groq (open models it hosts) — short, fast decisions about what you asked for.

The contents of your records are not sent so that a model can build: they go only when you yourself ask for something that needs them (for example “find the orders from last March and mark them paid”). Under their API terms, neither provider trains on what we send.

What Quinta SI will never do without asking

Delete a table, a form or your records; send mail to your clients; change who can see what. It asks first, every time, and shows you what it is about to do.

No trackers on this site

quinta.si loads no advertising tags, no analytics from other companies and no session recording. We keep our own record of the first page a new visitor opens and the link that brought them; the privacy policy says what it holds.

Your rights

Export everything you have, at any time, in open formats. Ask us to delete your account and everything in it, and it is gone — not archived. The privacy policy has the legal wording.
